As for last season one concert visit will be to a matinée performance. For all performances seats have again been booked in the downstairs stalls as well as the circle. If you have a preference for seating area, please indicate this on your booking form and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

 

To participate in any of the visits, please complete the individual booking slips at the back of this brochure and send them with your cheque, made payable to Campden Music, to Michael Clifford, Cashel House, Hoo Lane, Chipping Campden GL55 6AZ (01386 840329) to arrive before the closing date for that visit. Early booking helps enormously. Please note that bookings for the first visit must be in by Friday 31st August 2012.  

 

Any number of visits can be covered by the same cheque, or individual cheques may be post-dated to the closing date for that visit. The price includes your ticket and coach fare. Please indicate any special seating requirements on the coach or at the theatre on your booking slip and we will do our best to meet them. A refund will be available for lower cost CBSO Stalls tickets when final costs are known. Please note that for the matinée visit on 23rd January only, the coach will call at the Town Hall, and at the Bowling Club on Station Road, where cars may be parked for the afternoon.

Tickets will not be sent to you, but for confirmation of your booking include an SAE with your booking slips, or give your e-mail address.  

 

Non-members will be allowed to join the party provided there is space on the coach after all the Members have been accommodated.  

 

The timetable for the coach is shown on the pages for the individual visits. We aim to reach the venue at least 30 minutes before the performance begins.
